This 45‑mile Boston Mountains Run follows an old stagecoach route along U.S. 71, rising and falling through some of the most rugged terrain in the range. The road twists and turns in a steady rhythm, giving you an intimate feel for the landscape as it cuts through deep woods, narrow valleys, and high ridgelines.
